  I guess it goes without saying that when you’re life is falling apart, finding joy and happiness may seem impossible.  When life keeps knocking you down, you may think that being joyful is out of the question. I thought that too but I was wrong. I’ve learned that regardless of how hard, painful, and bleak things may seem to us right now, finding joy and being grateful is still possible. Happiness and being happy to help improve your mood and inspire you to start choosing joy in your life.
